1. Returns: We accept returns for unused, unopened stickers in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase. You will need to cover return shipping costs.
2. Exchanges: If you received a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order for a replacement. We will cover shipping for exchanges related to defective or incorrect items.
3. Custom Orders: Custom-made stickers (including personalized designs) are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
4. Process:
• To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us through shop with your order number and reason for return.
• Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the status of your refund or exchange.
• Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
